Part-timeYou will assist our customers in addressing their concerns and issues via Discord, Live Chat and the client area using the greatest patience and care to ensure their success. In your downtime, you will get engaged in projects.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and patience when handling customer issues
- Familiarity with Discord and live chat support systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize customer needs

Developer
Part-timeYou will be responsible for adding to existing projects, or building new projects in support of both internal processes and customer facing applications. Our projects today include the following languages and experience with any of these is a plus: CSS, HTML, Javascript (TypeScript), NodeJS, PHP, Svelte
Qualifications:
- Experience with web development technologies (CSS, HTML, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of TypeScript and NodeJS is a plus
- Familiarity with PHP and/or Svelte is beneficial
- Ability to contribute to both new and existing codebases
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Marketing Specialist
Part-timeYou will be responsible for collaborating with the team to identify marketing opportunities, manage existing marketing campaigns, and promote our brands and product/services across various channels including Social Media, Discord, etc.
Qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Familiarity with community management platforms like Discord
- Creative mindset with good copywriting skills
- Ability to analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
